The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, fridge, combination microwave and butlers sink. Seating for two with views of the sunset from the window.

Outdoor

Enjoy a bath under the stars in our double ended freestanding bath with views across the woodland or screened for privacy- you choose. There is a fire pit and seating outside to enjoy the sun set and conversations with our pet sheep. Two huts are located 100m from the farm house, tucked behind the farm barn they are 30 metres from each other but they are not overlooked and face in different directions.

Regretfully due to the proximity of the livestock we cannot allow dogs.

Doorstep Meals Delivered

We have teamed up with a local chef who can provide homemade frozen meals which can be defrosted and heated up in the huts. These can be preordered through Anna and a menu is available on request

Outdoor Activities

Electric mountain bikes, paddleboards for use on the local Chichester Harbour, sailing and windsurfing lessons, and tennis.

all of the above to be prebooked and are subject to availability.

Rowlands Castle Train Station

Just 15 minute walk away so there is no need to bring your car. 4 pubs are within walking distance together with a village shop and cafe.

Walking Trails

Miles of walking trails and cycling are available from the door of the huts.
